We stand behind our handmade goods that are inspected to assure customers are to be satisfied with them. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably. We believe when treating our customers evenly and respectfully that they are fair and polite with us.

Defects
We aim to get it right the first time which is why we inspect each product 3-4 times throughout our quality control process. If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us at malavisa4you@gmail.com or watsapp +91 8438832877 with your order # and a photo of the product in question to open up a conversation on how we can make this right.

You may change/cancel your order if it is not yet processed. To do so, please get in touch with us at malavisa4you@gmail.com or watsapp +91 8438832877 with your order number and your request.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you have a defective product, please reach out to us within 48 hours from the order receipt. kindly email us the video/s of the product within 48 hours. Hence, we urge you to check the product received immediately upon receipt. Once we confirm it, return/exchange is possible.

Please make an unboxing video after receiving the parcel. Without the video, Malavisa will not be liable for any defective product received.

International orders cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded due to certain custom duty norms and policies of each country.

The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.

In case of return/exchange, you will need to courier the product back to us at your own cost. Please keep the parcel packaged as you have received it and enclose a copy of the bill or a paper with your order number.

If you cancel the order any amount paid shall be credited back into the requested bank account. If you had selected COD at the time of placing order, there is no amount to be refunded as you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 10 - 15 working days from the time of order cancellation.

If coupon code is applied and the order is returned then the discount will be deducted from the amount and remaining amount will be refunded.

In case of multiple orders, a single product is returned and coupon code is applied, then the discount will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.

It will take approximately 15 - 25 working days for you to receive a replacement product or a refund after we receive the product.
